San Martino di Castrozza –Tognola Refuge and Return

Departure from the hotel lobby at 9.30 am with our guide who will bring you by bus until you reach the Tognola car park, near San Martino di Castrozza in about 20 minutes.

There is a cable car and in few minutes you can reach Rifugio Tognola (2142m) where you can admire a wonderful view of the mountain range of Pale di San Martino, Lagorai and Cime D'Asta.

Continuing towards Malga Tognola of Siror (1981m) you should follow through the pasturesand from where you will see the sign of the trail n. 352. Go into the woods and follow the forest road n. 350.

You have to turn right at the junction and follow the signs to Malga Fratazza, which is close to the cable car station of Tognola and then back to the starting point in about an hour.

This route is suitable for mountain biking.

Once back at the Hotel guests can try the mist shower and relax in our wellness centre with swimming pool and jacuzzi.
