Crossing the Altopiano (plateau) of Pale di San Martino to Malga Canali

Departure from the hotel lobby at 9.30 am with our guide who will bring you by bus until you reach San Martino di Castrozza in about 20 minutes.

You will follow the trail up to the Colverde-Rosetta cable car station as far as you reach the top of Rosetta summit and then down to path n. 701, continuing then to trail n. 707 - 709 that goes to the plateau of the "Pale" of San Martino.

At the intercesion, where the trail n. 707 turns left towards Forcella del Miel, Rif Canali Treviso, afterwards path n.709 to reach Pradidali Basso (2658m) where you have a beautiful view of the Fradusta glacier.

Then we go down to the valley and follow the signs to the Pradidali Lake (2242m) at the bottom of the Rifugio Pradidali (2278m) and then stop for a well-deserved break.

At that point you may decide to visit Malga Canali, traditional hut of our valley with Alpine cuisine, or go down to the "Cant of Gal" and "La Ritonda" Huts.

Finally you can take a bus which drives you directly to the hotel. After the walk, a hot tea and cakes made by our Chef await you at the hotel.

After hiking you can also decide to spend some time in our modern wellness centre.
